At Happy Tails Doggy Daycare & Boarding, we provide a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for your furry companions. Our experienced staff ensures each dog receives personalized attention, engaging activities, and ample playtime, whether they are here for the day or an overnight stay. Trust us to care for your pet while you’re away, giving you peace of mind and your pup an enjoyable experience! Dogs must be dropped off between 7:30 - 10:00 AM or 4:30 - 6:00 PM.

Happy Tails Doggy Daycare & Boarding Booking Policy At Happy Tails, our priority is to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for every dog in our care. To ensure smooth scheduling and the highest quality service, we kindly ask all clients to review and follow our booking policies below. 1. Reservations • All daycare and boarding services require an advance reservation. • Same-day bookings may be accommodated depending on availability. • Major holidays and peak travel seasons book quickly! Early reservations are strongly encouraged. 2. Vaccination & Health Requirements • Proof of current vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella) is required before any stay. • Dogs must be free of contagious illnesses and parasites. • Any dog showing signs of illness may be rescheduled or refused for the safety of all pets. 3. Temperament & Trial Day • All new daycare dogs must complete a temperament evaluation or trial day prior to their first full visit. • Dogs must be non-aggressive and comfortable around people and other dogs. 4. Cancellations & Changes • Cancellations and changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. 5. Check-In & Check-Out • Boarding check-in and check-out are available during normal business hours. • Early or late pick-ups may incur an additional fee. 6. Payment • Full payment for services is due at pick-up. • We accept cash, card, and approved digital payment methods. 7. Personal Belongings • Guests may bring personal bedding, toys, or comfort items, but Happy Tails is not responsible for damage or loss. • All items should be clearly labeled with your dog’s name. 8. Safety & Conduct • For the well-being of all guests, any dog displaying aggressive behavior or excessive stress may be removed from group play or asked not to return. • Happy Tails reserves the right to refuse service to ensure a safe environment. 9. Owner Contact • Clients must provide an up-to-date emergency contact who can make decisions on behalf of their pet if needed. • Owners must be reachable during their dog’s stay.
